My name is chen novo and I am a textile designer, specialize in knitting.

During my studies ,at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design, I managed to explore a variety of knitting techniques with different materials such as crochet, knitting, manual and industrial knitting machines. The expression of all of the components in my work, such as materials, rhythms, structures and colors is very important to me.

 

I always try to challenge myself with unfamiliar techniques, new materials and inspirational subjects.

 

All my works inspired by the materials itself.

I like to explore it and to figure is properties and how it could function in textile in order to develop new materials.
